This training consists of an introduction to this sporting discipline in order to deepen your technical and theoretical knowledge of weightlifting.
In addition, we will highlight aspects of the technique that can be used as a tool in the physical preparation of another sport.
The theoretical part will emphasize the different techniques to recommend according to the physical characteristics of the athlete. The practical component is covered in the second part where you will have the chance to put your technique to the test!
This training is in the form of lessons (theoretical and practical) and is carried out at our Munéris Performance training center. The duration of this training is 6 hours.
