Nicolas Rostworowski is a Certified Athletic Therapist, graduate of Concordia University (Class of 2022), known for his rigorous, empathetic, and performance-driven approach. Based in Montreal, he works at both McGill University and Muneris Performance, where he oversees athlete care, emergency protocol coordination, and team logistics.
For the past three seasons, Nicolas has been with the Montreal Alliance (CEBL), where he currently serves as Head Therapist, managing the medical follow-up and performance of professional athletes in a high-intensity environment. At McGill, he works with the men’s hockey and track & field teams, supervising care, injury prevention, and return-to-play programs.
Specialized in athletic therapy and performance optimization, Nicolas combines strong clinical expertise with exceptional organizational skills. He is also active in ultra-distance trail running, which deepens his understanding of recovery strategies, nutrition, and long-term performance.
