WEIGHT LIFTING
This training consists of an introduction to the sport of weightlifting in order to deepen your technical and theoretical knowledge of it.
In addition, we will highlight facets of the technique that can be used as a tool in the physical preparation
of another sport.
The theoretical part will focus on the different techniques to be recommended according to the physical characteristics of the athlete. The practical part is covered in the second part where you will have the chance to test your technique!

PERIODIZATION OF TRAINING
This training consists of giving a range of tools to strength and conditioning coaches to better tackle the periodization of training according to different sports and objectives.
This training is in the form of a group course and is conducted in a masterful way. The length of this training is 6 hours and it is mainly aimed at kinesiologists and students in kinesiology.
