Jean-Philippe Tessier

President, Kinesiologist

Certified by the National Institute of Sport of Quebec (FIIP) in 2016 and a graduate in kinesiology since 2011. JP works mainly with top athletes who play football, soccer, boxing, gymnastics and track & field.

Trusted by the McGill University in Montreal since 2015, JP act's as a strength and conditioning coach for various of their athletes and competitive teams.

He specializes in periodization training and in the longitudinal development of complete athletes. Finally, his passion for performance has led him conduct weightlifting seminars as a coach. 


Vincent Dethier


Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Mcgill University, Vincent comes to the team with a great football background, a regular starter for the McGill football team for 4 years.


Today he strives to put his know-how and academics to help you accomplish your goals with the same motivation and work ethic that brought him to play at the highest level of Canadian Football. He is ready to guide you to the next level, are you?


Last April 2020, Vincent was drafted (44th overall) by the Saskatchewan Roughriders football team.

Rosalie Mailhot


A graduate of the University of Montreal in kinesiology, Rosalie is now pursuing a master's degree in performance optimization for youngsters.

She favours a functional training "modulated approach" according to the muscular imbalances of each one. She specializes in developing motor patterns in young athletes and developing performance potential for everyone, regardless of their goals.

An athlete and soccer coach for several years, she is now trying to experience as many sports as possible to try them all. She is ready to help you with any challenge!


Manley Massenat


A graduate of UQAM University in kinesiology, Manley developed part of his know-how during his training courses in strength and conditioning at the Institut National du Sport du Quebec (INS).


He also added several strings to his bow by working with athletes from different disciplines including basketball, football and boxing.


His individualized approach allows him to collaborate with athletes to better supervise them and help them achieve their goals.

Louis-Joseph Sawyer


Louis joins the team as an Athletic Therapist and kinesiologist certified by the Quebec Kinesiology Federation.


A graduate of York University in Toronto, Louis comes to us with an interesting hockey background, having played at the University level as well as in the junior league in Western Canada. His expertise will allow us to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, which makes him a great addition to our integrated support team.

Benoit Latour


A graduate in Sports Massage Therapy from the Academy of Scientific Massage, Benoit listens to your needs and will find the right treatment according to your type of training and/or lifestyle. 


His expertise will allow you to provide the necessary effort to improve your performance, reduce the risk of injury and facilitate healing when needed. A gymnast for over 20 years, Benoit knows the importance of well-being to achieve goals, both in an active life and in performance. 


Services offered: Sports Massage Therapy, Cupping, Flushing, Deep Tissue, Neuro-proprioceptive taping.

Maude Ménard-Ouellete


Member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec (OPPQ) and holder of a master’s degree from the University of Montreal, Maude mainly treats a variety of orthopaedic and athletic clients. Rigorous and analytical, she regularly follows several trainings or order to perfect her techniques and to respond specifically to the needs of patients : Dry needles, Manual Therapy, Prescription of Therapeutic exercices and GDS postural chains.


From the start of her career, after having been a high school student-athlete up to the University of Montreal with the Carabins Volleyball team, she specialized in sports physiotherapy in order to continue to gravitate in the world of sport of high level, touching AAA soccer as well as semi-pro, Div 1 Collegial Basketball and Volleyball and University Hockey.

She wants to transmit her desire to surpass oneself and recommends a personalized assessment, concise treatment plans and proactive rehabilitation in order to restore patients’ function and enable them to achieve their goals. Passionate about music and nature, she practices swimming, yoga, pilates and the piano in her spare time.


Alexandre Vigeant


Holder of a master’s degree in Kinesiology and having acquired a great deal of experience during his internships with Carabins Football, INS Quebec and the Montreal Canadiens, Alex stands out with his rigorous but oh so human scientific approach!


His very diverse personal sports background adds to his interest in all types of sports and performance goals.


Camille Vigneault


Member of the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec, Camille completed her master’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Montreal in 2015.  Since then, she has completed several training courses (puncture with dry needles, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises) and continues the development of her knowledge in order to offer an efficient service adapted to the needs of her customers. 

Camille advocates an approach based on movement and autonomy for her customers. She has a particular interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal issues, injury prevention and will endeavour to help you continue with the activities and sports that you enjoy.
